Scope of Services. Through this Site, MH Cleaning Services markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Window Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://mhcleaningserviceswhittier.com is the property of MH Cleaning Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. MH Cleaning Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. MH Cleaning Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MH Cleaning Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid MH Cleaning Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify MH Cleaning Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
